What's so unique about BuyCasts?
BuyCasts is a new and innovative way for you and your friends to refer trusted business relationships to each other when you’re in the market to purchase a product or service. We are a social referral network that not only connects you to merchants recommended by a friend, but helps you promote your personal values by connecting you with merchants who support your favorite causes and charities.
How much does it cost?
IT'S FREE!! Not only does BuyCasts cost nothing, it actually saves you money by helping you find merchants offering special discounts and promotions of the products and services you intend to buy.
How does BuyCasts work?
IT’S SIMPLE! Go to the Applications Directory at Facebook.com and activate the BuyCasts application by allowing access to your Facebook profile. We’ll use your Facebook profile to automatically build your personal referral network by connecting you to your Facebook friends who have already joined Buycasts. Your personal referral network will automatically grow as more and more of your friends join BuyCasts.

Once Buycasts has been activated, you and your friends can begin building and sharing your lists of Trusted Merchants and Business Relationships. You can even build a list of charities and causes that reflect your personal values and social interests. BuyCasts uses these lists to automatically refer and recommend business relationships when you or your friends BuyCast an upcoming purchase.

BuyCasting an upcoming purchase is easy. Simply enter the product or service that you’re interested in purchasing and BuyCasts will connect you to merchants referred by a friend, merchants who support your causes and merchants offering special discounts and promotions on the services you intend to purchase.
How does BuyCasts help advance my social values?
BuyCasts helps promote your values in two ways. First, by connecting you to Merchants who share an association and connection to the charities and causes that you care most about. When you prioritize and patron merchants who share your values, it is the most powerful way to leverage your purchasing power for your social interests.

Secondly, Buycasts enables merchants to pledge charitable donations for the number of referrals that they receive by participating in the Buycasts network. At the end of each month, 100% of the donations are distributed among the charities and causes supported by BuyCasts members. The amount that each charity receives is based on the number of charitable credits that have been generated by its Buycasts supporters. The number of charitable credits that you can generate for your charities is based on the number of friends and merchants in your referral network and your frequency network activities. So the more you use Buycasts … the more you earn for your charities and causes.
What type of charitable causes can I support? BuyCasts has more than 130,000 non-profits in its database and is adding more each day. You can choose from charities, faith-based organizations, political action groups, advocacy groups, universities, colleges, high schools, sororities, and fraternities. If you don't find your favorite charitable organization in our database, you can have them registered by clicking here.
If I BuyCast a purchasing interest, are you going to give my personal information to a Merchant I don’t?
Absolutely not! BuyCasts follows all the privacy and permissions requirements set forth by Facebook. Only you can provide or allow information to be given to a merchant.
